Got to add to this one. Talk Talk are fine as long as nothing is wrong.
But then be prepared to be passed from pillar-to-post if for example, something goes wrong with your broadband.
Without going into too much detail, we recently experienced nearly a month without broadband, for the simple issue that not one person we spoke to took charge of the problem, or rang back when they promised, or even kept us updated of the status.
Our complaint is currently with Otelo, & we are looking to move to either BT for our broadband, or Orange (as a result of changing our mobile phones).0 -

Thanks for your concern, but to be honest, we've had our fill of Talk Talk. I'm as patient & understanding as the next person, but the whole ordeal left me with an extremely negative view of Talk Talk.0 -

suport what a joke ? well it was not in my case and there is plenty of other post where people are not very happy customer with the support from this forum either .....BSC number 1830 -
Personally wouldn't go with TalkTalk either but then i work for a competitor - I DID however leave TT long before I took up my current job and within my initial 12 months too... For breach of contract on TTs part.
Not saying all BB companies don't have their problems (they most definitely do!) but my personal experience was an incompetent tech support who drove me to tears by refusing to listen and actually escalate my case (the problem was eventually fixed after 2 BT engineer visits and cable being replaced - TT simply were not willing to risk getting charged by BT by ordering an engineer to investigate the problem - if a fault isn't found then the BB provider gets a bill and they wouldn't risk that despite months of troubleshooting and several new routers paid for by me... every time I called the first suggestion to my connection problems were "can you reboot your PC please..." )DFW Nerd #025DFW no more!
