its under Talk Talk To Finally Offer New Line Connections if you take their Broadband
"We have been developing a process to provide new line installations on our broadband package MyTalkTalk, we have a team currently in training and will soft launch the service on the 17th March. We are currently planning to communicate full details of the package on the talktalk.co.uk website in April. I can give you some early information though; the installation price will be in the region of £50 for each line.on offer to customers0 -
If I were you I would register on talktalk members forums and post this there, Em..the tt customer rep is very good and will look into this, she can arrange to have the calls pulled, she will also be able to see what has been booked onto your account re charges etc
hope that helps
JimWe've been with talktalk since 2005 without any problems. Got a call last week from a UK based call centre last week. End result being we changed our package to free broadband, £10.50 for line rental and £6.49 for all evening and weekend calls. But for the first 12 months we wouldn't be charged for the £6.49. Then today got a call from a call cantre based outside the UK. The lady had no record of my converstation last week and tried to sell me the above package without the discount. Because I couldn't find my order number she wouldn't do the same deal !!!!!!! She phoned me! Surely TT must have a record of my phone call last week - I was told it was recorded. In the end I just put the phone down on her.:mad:0 -

Hi Ninj,
As 1jim says I can look into sales complaints through the TalkTalk Members forum for you. If you need any help setting up a user account on there drop me a PM.

Couldn't and wouldn't touch anything vaguely related to CPW. Come and visit the service centre near us and judge for yourself;)
Probably the worst customer service (I use the term loosely), I have ever come across.0 -
I signed up for this deal a few weeks ago. I will never, ever go to Talk Talk again. I foolish cancelled my Orange subscription because this seemed an excellent deal. Since then my husband must have been on the phone nearly 10 hours with them. The connection cuts out anything up to 100 time a night, speeds are slow and the WiFi reaches only 1/4 of the house. Staff are passing us around from pillar to post. The technicians do not know what is happening and seem to be trying anything to make it work ofetn repeating the same thing night after night as no notes appear to be kept. Lets hope we can get out of this contract pronto before we go insane!!!! Avoid at all costs.0

Hi Emma, NigelB from forums here - can you have a look at my account I'm back at square one again. Check thread "disconnection with DSL2640R".
All I want is a system that works, ORANGE provided it for nearly 2 years, their reputation is far from good but they still provided the service I was paying for. Right now I'm on the deal where the internet is free for 12 months, the service I'm getting isn't worth what I'm paying!
Feel free to respond here or on TT Forums, but can you please sort something out before I lose it totally.0 -
Hello there,
I'll flag your TTMF forum post for the broadband team.
EDIT *******************************************
Just checked your TTMF thread and Ady has replied today for you.
Cheers
