    last year there was 5 acres for sale down in west wales for 6ok all set up with veg patch, chickens etc I think there was a few customers as well for the eggs etc, that sold fairly quickly..
    I wonder if you're talking about the Market Garden place just outside St Dogmaels. I know they paid about that for the same amount ish of land. I have no idea how they survive financially. It's not a bad place for passing trade, but I've never seen people queuing up.

    I've just sent my bookkeeping into my accountant, Dave. It was all very tedious as the year we've had, we've been so busy, I basically hadn't done anything so was starting from scratch. Hate it....

    Can I plant yet? Thought I would check with you all as last year I do believe some of you had sneakily planted loads of seeds without telling me :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

    LIR...these are best pics i can get im afraid... it is 75cm from top of shoulder to tail end . its about 14 inches from shoulder down [so 28ins over] the badnd on middle undoes and velcroes to fit...its fluerescent [lights up when lights on it at night. it has turn up/down collar. detatchable fleecy lining ..mini hoss coat except it goes over the head and under front of chest....

    terrible description but you may work it out !!!
