    I've been Money Tipped!
Spring again this morning, though special girl looks peeved to have had only her lightweight on overnight...she's very prissy and would like to wear a rug most of the year.

I'm considering doing some weeding today.

They're 20 months now, one is walking, other is almost walking but finds crawling faster. :rotfl: Very talkative today, much more so than when we last saw them, which was only on the 2nd. It's amazing how quickly they change at this age! The sat at the table for lunch and had much the same as us (chicken, stuffing, chipolata sausages, roast spuds, kale, peas, parsnips). They really liked the parsnips. Then they had mince pie and xmas cake slices for pudding.

It's funny the things kids like - their favourite game currently is rolling all over the sofa and having cushions dropped on them! :rotfl:
Ours' are around the same age. They've been walking since about 16 months though, so I'm knackered. They were born full term and 7lb each, so it feels like it's taken me ages to recover from the pregnancy, let alone, teh shock of looking after them! :rotfl:

Can any one tell me what a weed that looks a bit like plantain but with longer, narrower leaves is? I've got a lot of it in my long bed.

Not sure Lir, might need a pic, you've checked up on different plantain species?

Off topic as usual, but can anyone tell me what this is?

And unlike Davesnave, I had to pay for this pheasant :(

We really need a photo but could it be ribwort? - a type of planitain which looks like it's been on a crash diet. :D

    :(

The first pic looks like a three part cruet set, no? I very rarely know these things though!

It could well be a type of platain I've just not seen or notice before. I didn.t see those miserable excuses of flower spikes which would have made clear.

Yes, it looks like a condiment set but possibly missing some lids & spoon.
As to which pottery, no idea sorry. Although the crinkly bottom is familiar from somewhere........ @ usual suspects - don't go there!!:rotfl:

I do like these guessing games. It looks like some sort of flower arranging thing to me!

    I don't even know what a plantain looks like - aren't they a Jamaican banana? :o

Yes, but they are also a weed you see in poached , that means muddy and the grass destroyed so it's bare earth and weed all the time, land usually gateways. They are a flattish, broad leaved rosette type plant. Good for nothing, but innocuous so far as I know.
