We've just had a sudden mad squall with hail, all brilliantly timed to coincide with my letting the chickens out, but apart from a feed bag that I grabbed as it sailed past, everything looks more or less normal.
It's not our feed bag....0 -

I'm worried alfie might be lying underneath her chimney
Its no joke, my mother and I were visiting UK n the 87 hurricane and also had big victorian chimneys in our house, and as it crashed through it landed t the foot of the bed before crashing throughthe floor.0 -
It's blowing a hoolie here yet again!!! Maybe moving to a property near the top of a his wasn't the brightest idea we ever had lol... now as mad as my builder thho, who are trying to fit 6 panel bifold doors in this!!!0

I'm hoping all living things are OK at alfie's & that she's just busy clearing up.
Not too bad here because the wind direction meant the hills sheltered us.
The spring water is running like rapids but, strangely, that tends to happen when the wind's up.
If it hasn't just gone as black as hell & issued vertical hail with you, Dave, it's on it's way again :rotfl:0 -

It's still laying in patches & the tops of the hills are quite white in places but the good news is that I can see blue sky coming from S Wales :j That's fairly odd in itself as they usually send us the rubbish weather.Sorry rhiwfield
