I presume you know now, but the panther was a motorcycle make and there is, or was, a swallow sidecar manufacturing firm.

Nice print. What's is worth when you sell it?

curse you ebayers! I've seen soething I really want there now and can't afford after admiring Rhiwfield's stuff and doing a wider search. (no where to store either and it would be CRAZY to put something in storage now, lol ) I might also have found a sink for the downstairs loo though. :)

The weather makes me divert attention to the inside, and I'm trying to think about something nice to put over the inglenook in the sitting room that is affordable. Its an unusual shape bit of wall, not terribly deep.....between three and four feet I think, but rather wide...I'm guessing 9/11 feet. I know what I'd like but ...well.....what you want and want you can afford are NOT the same thing at all!
LIR.... are we talking a lovely hanging tapestry by chance ?????

    no, not me!

I'm not bidding on anything of rhiwfields though the antique electric thing appeals: can't buy fripparies atm. (though really love the four demi tasse cups!)

The thing tat's got me drooling is a piano

Yeah, thats when the penny dropped! What'll it sell for, who knows? It has a £49 price tag on back, and I think the Panther/Swallow element will add to attraction, but I'd be happy with a tenner. That'd give me a small profit and I just like the buying and selling :)

Alf, wish you luck, toothache sorted tomorrow?
