The great thing about those is the velcro gives you quite a lot of calf room.0 -

I did mean to point out the relevance, but never got round to it.

You're welcome.:kisses3: A love in might keep us all warm, sounds like a plan.
My sunny morning has dulled to a grey afternoon . We're trying to decide what job to tackle this weekend, I think we might make a start on clearing the veg area. or maybe move some more logs while the ground is frozen. I really want to get the old horses out for a stretch legs if the weather is lovely, its good for them and goodness knows t would be good for my spirits!
I booked the hedge cutting man today! Yippee. He sounds fantastic, a neighbour recommended him and I called and asked if he knew the place and he said ''Young lady, I have lived here in this village for precisely 71 years and six months longer than you and cut the hedges there for fifty years. I think I'll find my way there this year''.:D So he knows who and where I am then!

Here's the pheasant page from one of the poultry & game bird suppliers near here. See if you can spot the Freudian typo!

They are lovely people and keep all kinds of stock. If anyone wants a wallaby.....:)
Edit: Just been perusing their newsletter and, reading between the lines, they need support. Also, their neighbour has just applied for PP for a breeding kennels. They are half way through a straw bale walled house build, so heavily committed to the site......I feel for them. (The fancy breeds place up the road from there recently went bust.)0
