AS skint as anyone one here? yes..probably.... but I can afford to eat and have a social life and pay the card if I so choose.
Once more the haters decide to use MBNA tactics and take certain bits of information and present them in a manner that suits their argument.

I'm in debt myself, due to the fact that 3 businesses failed on me within 6 months owing 50k. I tried everything! Got nowhere. Where is the justice? The pressure is now on me and I don't stand a chance unless I use the consumer laws to assist. Thats what they are there for isn't it?
