Taken me half an hour to read all the posts I'd missed and I've only been away a couple of days!
Listed the book with 12 buyers waiting on Sunday Night, when I checked yesterday the 12 buyers waiting sign had gone! So I unlisted my book rechecked and the 12 buyers waiting sign was back! What's that all about? Have relisted it again and the buyers waiting sign has gone again! Once it's sold will give you all an early Christmas Pressie and give you the title so you can scour the country looking for copies to sell to the other 11 that want one.
I disposed of the stinky books and my sales are flying again. I took out pro-merchant on the 9th and sold my 33rd book since then today, so it was worth it for this month at least!I love this board, have "virtually" met so many lovely people, people I am honoured to count as friends.

becky - that's really great - 33 items - that means that your subs are paid in just 11 days and now you really will feel the benefit of it, I'd keep it on!0

Just a question, a few weeks ago I got a swap that sold within hours for £45, I felt really guilty (got over it quickly though!). Anyway I couldn't and still can't understand why it was worth so much! but checked today and there's a buyer waiting so its obviously in demand I have searched for another copy over last few weeks without success. Is it ok to post it on here incase someone has or can find a copy of the book to sell themselves?I love this board, have "virtually" met so many lovely people, people I am honoured to count as friends.

Please please please do!!!!! :j
As for your buyer waiting symbol - that disappears if either
a) None of the buyers have selected your category (If your book is acceptable and all the buyers have requested at least very good or good etc.)
b) Your price exceeds the maximum price that any of the buyers are prepared to pay0 -
Ok here goes.............Happy Easter all
Sean Bean:-The Biography by Laura Jackson
ISBN 0749922362
This is the paperback edition. There is a hardback edition with prices starting at about £34, was the paperback I sold and that is the one with the buyer waiting.
Now can someone enlighten me as to why Mr Bean is worth so much when people like George Clooney or Mother Teresa are only worth pennies!I love this board, have "virtually" met so many lovely people, people I am honoured to count as friends.

Sean Bean to my mind hasn't done very much its not like he's a Hollywood Icon and he's still alive! Imagine how much the book might be worth if he'd crossed over to the other side!I love this board, have "virtually" met so many lovely people, people I am honoured to count as friends.

I've spotted another one with a buyer waiting recently. (Not worth as much as yours, Becky!)
Hugh England: Social Work As Art
ISBN: 0043600638 (This is the Hardback edition)
The paperback edition only has one listed and that is priced at £15 so one to look out for in charity shops.0
