i would love an easier way to check which comps you have already entered. Maybe like a little icon that indicates rather than having to open each post to check.
I subscribe to the thread of the comps I enter, thus putting a little "tick" icon on the title as it appears in the forum list. This is how I know I've entered without having to check the thanks. Then I remove the subscription a while after comp has ended.0 -

No as I don't select the emai option.0 -
Hi I look through the Freebies section a lot and find it really annoying that there are lots of threads about survey sites and the like, could they have a separate bit to themselves because they seem to take up a lot of space, this would make it easier to see the real freebies. Thanks. This site rocks and has saved me loads -
thanks to all those that post on the forums and have saved me money0 -

This is exactly what I was going to suggest - maybe the envelope showing as a different colour or something to show you have opened the thread - easier to keep track of what you need to open.
This could apply to any threads over the whole board - then you will know easier which threads you have looked at and which ones you haven't.0 -

You can do (there is an opt out of email if you prefer) but it is a great way of tracking threads you've posted or commented on, and easily deleted ...and as millimollymandy says, it is an easy way to check comps you've entered to save reading threads over and over

On the competitions board, could there be an 'Entered' tickbox to the right of each thread title so you don't have to click on each one to see whether you've said 'thanks' or go through the process of subscribing to each thread individually to see whether you've entered it or not?
