    Hi all.

Really gutted again!!! Got the e mail from Travelodge about the £9 sale rooms going on sale at 6 am. Logged in at 5.15 am and most of the rooms were gone, especially in the more central London hotels. I really wish they would tell you the genuine time they are going on sale. Last time I booked three rooms and they removed one from my basket whilst paying for it and I had to pay significantly more for the third room.

These rooms are fantastic value - have booked them many times but it is very frustrating when the admin and website are not to the same standard. Does anyone have any idea the actual time these rooms do go on sale when you get the 6 am sale notification?

Many Thanks in advance if anyone knows.

I went online at 5.30am, and got the rooms & dates i wanted for central Sheffield! Yay. Very happy, as i have had to stay at the other Sheffield sites (further out from the Uni) and the public transport takes an age!

I have to plan sooo far in advance which is the only annoying thing. At least in the freezin cold in January i won't have so far to go this time!

I've just booked a room at the Docklands Travelodge for £19 so we can stay overnight when we go to a concert at O2. Excellent :)

Any idea what time they actually went on sale? I was trying to book three rooms at 5-15 am but they were all gone at Covent Garden and Tower Bridge? It seems that even when I have gotten the rooms, they have gone on sale earlier than Travelodge have said and I wondered if anyone has any idea of the best time to log on?
  • just managed to get my rooms for dec and jan at gatwick, gutted as didnt put breakfast on one room so when i tried to change it it was adding 17.97 on instead of 5.99 so left it, i couldnt get a room as mine was the last one on that date:rolleyes:
still sorted that for holiday at least so no worrying about rushing to airport now with 5 children:rotfl:
must say gatwick is crap and only if you need it as it was freezing in our room last time and they said heating was off and a man was complaining his was too hot:confused:

I've found the £9 rooms I want at St Austell but it seems the site is broken. I select the dates and click confirm booking but it goes back to the search page.
