There's a Boots within spitting distance of the Gateshead Interchange but I think it's a small one. Your best bet is to use the Metro and go to Eldon Square Boots a few stops away, a big store on two floors. There's a Metro station at the Interchange I think.

If you are staying for a few hours there's the Metro Centre, Gateshead, the Boots isn't as big as Eldon Square but the Metro is vast with loads of other shops.

I don't like Bootsing with OH either. He had a moan at me last week as he wanted to get on the computer and I was on this thread and I kept saying, "I'll be off here in a minute". A minute ended up as half an hour! Since then he's kept saying things like "are you looking at that site so that you can save the grand total of 10 p" (he just doesn't get it). At the weekend I was out shopping with him and we went into Boots. I got some sunglasses (must admit it was useful to have him there for a second opinion). When I got to the counter, he was right behind me. I said to the SA "I'll buy the sunglasses with points" and he was like "oh, you mean with OUR points?". Er, I don't think so, matey. Most of those points have been meticulously planned and worked on by me (and with the help of all you lovely people) over many months, THEY ARE MY REWARD, THEY ARE MINE!!

Re the Just For Men. Erm guilty too lol. Bought a couple of boxes for a couple of lads that are celebrating their 21st birthdays this year. And some oil for Bald Heads
