edit - sorry you're not simple! it's just the my son has taken to singing the compare the meerkat jingle, and now we're all doing it! :rotfl:
:rotfl: Not sure what I'm doing but I can only get to 'My Health Care Profile' and nothing else? Would that be because it's not saving my AC number do you think? As in, should I log back in, add the AC number, and then repeat what you've listed? Tia again :)and apologies for straying off-topic peeps x

yes, try that, because you do have to have an ac card to be in the healthclub.
Have you managed to leave the health club?

Maybe you're not already on-line member  or they've lost your membership,
I've just signed OH up for an advantage card (been meaning to do it for ages) and you have to be signed up for an advantage card first before you can sign up for the health club. So maybe save your advatage card number first then do the healthclub thingy.

edit: Sorry OT, but quite good if you like this sort of thing Nails Inc are doing quite a good offer; choose 6 polishes for £25 (save £38) today only

....wondered if the 3 for 2 and 1/2 price health club offer on Slimfast works in store? Also, if it does am I best to try and disguise it a bit and can I use points?
    Hi again :)

I've just found the half-price products in Health Care, but the list is a bit too long to post (Can't add a link to it just yet, sorry :)) But the Smoothies are listed:

    Half Price Products
    Slimfast - Smoothies
    Slimfast Peach & Mango Smoothie
    Slimfast Raspberry Smoothie
Slimfast Fruits of the Forest Smoothie

    hth again ;)

minimoneyme - Many thanks for all that advice :) but I think I'll have to ring CS. I'm sure part of the problem is me not being able to follow instructions :o lol, but as I've been getting the Generic Error things, I'll see if they can sort that out too.

I've made a huge gift bag for my poorly friend with BC, and included the Sanctuary GWP, the No 7 GWP, a bottle of Sumptuous Bath Soak (I wonder why!), a Rebecca Shaw trilogy (£2 in Mr A), ROC face wipes (another glitch), some Time Delay from last month, and an Admit It You Want Me set from the Christmas half price, and 3 for 2.

I've added the Nail Buffer Kit, the Mirror/Compact, Nail & Cuticle Cream, filled an empty mauve Olay box with Vichy & La Roche samples, and added a CD of some 1950s songs, £1 at the Petrol Station.

Well, my friend is 70 and these are "hits" from her era, so hope she enjoys her goodies. The whole lot has cost me under a fiver, but I think it is worth about £100!!!
    xx

Wow, what a lovely and very thoughtful gift.:)
You have done your friend proud.
It just goes to show, that when Mr B' is being generous with coupons/ glitches and offers......
We can take 'advantage' of these offers and spoil our loved ones with some fantastic 'cheer up' gifts.
It sounds as though your friend could really do with some of that right now too. :)

I don't think you are alone in wondering where your 'Boots Mojo' has gone. Great deals seem thin on the ground at the moment.
Nevermind, we can hang on to our cash for a while longer, until something really worth getting excited about turns up.:)

I went in to boots today picked up a reduced number 7 product and went to pay with my voucher along with a few other things. SA said sorry you cant use this with a reduced product, you used to be able to but at the begining of the week they stopped it working. They must have realised...
    Damn :(

I have to agree with Jazzteddy, it is wonderful to get the glitches for ourselves, but it's even nicer to be able to use them to make up little gifts for other folk to cheer them up for whatever reason.
I made a little box up for my MIL as she had just retired, put lots of No7 stuff in from glitches and GWPs as well as hair care and the like and she was blown away by it. Thought I had gone out and bought it!!! Was very shocked when I said that I had made it up for her.
Nice to be nice and it made my day just to see her face!!!:j :j
SS, love reading your posts, and I am in awe at your wombling skills!!! I keep my eyes peeled but never manage to see any lying round, could be the cany scots up here!!:o

I don't like Bootsing with OH either. He had a moan at me last week as he wanted to get on the computer and I was on this thread and I kept saying, "I'll be off here in a minute". A minute ended up as half an hour! Since then he's kept saying things like "are you looking at that site so that you can save the grand total of 10 p" (he just doesn't get it). At the weekend I was out shopping with him and we went into Boots. I got some sunglasses (must admit it was useful to have him there for a second opinion). When I got to the counter, he was right behind me. I said to the SA "I'll buy the sunglasses with points" and he was like "oh, you mean with OUR points?". Er, I don't think so, matey. Most of those points have been meticulously planned and worked on by me (and with the help of all you lovely people) over many months, THEY ARE MY REWARD, THEY ARE MINE!!

footmadgal, I could've written that post myself. DH and DD are always on at me for spending so much time on the PC. They talk about me all the time. One will say to the other "oh no. She's on that boots thread again. As if she doesn't have enough toiletries and freebies already"

pollsdolls, I know I've said this before, but you really are a very wise and lovely lady. You are an asset to this thread:A
