Re the Extract ACM & Mag vouchers these can b used 2gether on 1 product from the range but if u try 2 use more then 1 (of the same) on the same transaction the till will not accept them as u'll have the vouchers with the same barcodes ... so if ur buying the Extract items and using the vouchers use only 1 of the same per item per transaction... hope I have not been too confusing... (have been able to confuse myself, lol! )

Rose28454. I know exactly who you mean re the older SA at cribbs. I never go to those tills now if she is there.
Usually find all the other tills inc No7 are lovely and really helpful.
What time were you at cribbs? I was there at about 11-12

Edit - I think the prob is all the other SAs defer to the older one, just because she is older, not because whe has any authority. And most of the times she just makes things up as she goes along.

My favourite bargain at the moment is the reduction in the botanics stuff. I quite often use the Day Shift moisture lotion as I find it doesn't irritate my sensitive skin, yet moisturises my very dry skin ( that's the same skin - I haven't got two separate skins).

I am loving the facial pamper kit which is £1.84 (down from £4.8x) and consists of a 75ml toner, a 50ml day shift moisturiser, a 50 ml clensing gel, a 10 ml night cream & a face mask. I tried the mask at the weekend and it left my skin feeling lovely. It probably would have done twice as I used plenty and there was quite a bit left in the sachet.

I've bought 3 of these so far - every time I pop in for a browse if I can't find anything else, I pick one up.

Yes I understand but I think I was so excited at getting a free Vichy GWP and a free Olay Definity Purple GWP that I got too many Extract items in one shop!! I felt like a shoplifter by the time I left the shop!!

I must have just missed you.We got there about 12.00 and left at 1.15p.m. I also noticed there were quite a lot of SA's guarding the facial GWP'S
