I know some people will say phone, some will say dont but tbh i would only phone if i had a SQUEAKY clean AC (not used anyone else AC vouchers on the account, not put through GWPs with no purchase, etc, etc, etc ) on it. I know the glitch is over but i really wouldnt want to draw attention to my Ac as i wouldnt want anyone looking too closely at it (btw, im not that bad-im making myself sound like some big time bootser here ) My fear would be getting my card cancelled :eek: and i figure i can always recoupe the points easily enough .. but really only you can decide..xxx

not sure if anyone has answered your question, but it worked for me at the weekend - twice. It was the 250 points voucher that is in the No 7 gwp (if that's the one you mean) and it was for the no-grains exfoliator (paid for with purkie).
It was posted on here a while ago - sorry, I can't remember who the OP was but thanks very much! :T

went to both boots
one in the bullring had reduced nc polishers to 61p.
it had the no7 compact at £6.3* and the foundations at £7.
it was written on SEL.
tried using the perkie, sa wouldnt let me. she checked though. (nice sa )
was a bit annoyed

went to big boots.
reduced no7 compact and foundation too but no SEL. price checked. no7 sa tried using the perkie but wouldnt let her. she even said before she scanned it "it should work".
gutted.

has anyone managed to get and reduced no7 compacts using the perkies in either boots.

this is a bit cheeky(sorry) but if anyone manages to get any reduced no7 compacts (tan colour) for around £3.** that people are getting it could someone buy 2 and post me them.
i would obviously send in return quite a few perkies and loads of acm vouchers and some little sanctuary, origins etc. products

I was promised someone from the store would call me back today but havent heard anything from them not sure what im more disappointed in the way i was treated or there lack of respect to call back. Just bumping it up incase any boots headoffice reading xx
On plus note have had a good pain free day, took ds to see planes up at airport and have just orrdered summer house so i can have some respite out there away from the men lol

(also just thought summer house would be good hiding place for my boots stash when i feel up to it again lol)

I think this is yet another case of things being SA dependent - I managed to use a perkie with a £5 off P&P to get the handcream for free the other week - and got the points voucher scanned, too! Better luck next time!

Its really pants customer service you've had from Boots isn't it?
I'd give them until tomorrow at noon, then phone CS again, and add to your original complaint that you were promised a callback, and it hasn't happened.
