i received my order with my sanctuary gwp's today but i didn't receive any advantage card points when i placed my order (spent over £50), do you think i should phone them up or just leave it incase they say something about me buying a sanctuary sachet and getting the free gift. tia

Probably, best to just leave it... this coz it will highlight the glitch to whoever answers the phone... HTH

Used perkie but SA wouldnt let me use 250pts from GWP  said they cant be used together.

Is this just SA dependent as i'm sure i've heard others have used this combo, also will they work together on ss tills and at what point do I scan them.

Voucher Queen think the 250 points has to be on skincare-which Mr B doesnt class make up as being unfortunately :(

See quite a lot of vitamins are being reduced atm and have noticed a few myself on various reduced shelfs. Sure Mr B is aware of this and it wont happen but keep your eyes peeled for any fish oil as theres a 200 points voucher in this months mag (im sure they will be non existant and appear in their droves when the voucher expires :D )

edit-sorry VQ skim reading here and didnt read all of your post-got rid of all my points vouchers on the no grains (which they kindly "paid" me £2.50 to take away) Cant help with the make up combo but im sure ive read on here the points vouchers dont work on them (could be wrong though!) lastly i always give points vouchers over first then produce a perkie from my purse! hth...xx

    Hi
You can use the the perkie and points together without beeps (I've done it) but I believe the 250 points (from current GWP) is for skin care only, not cosmetics. (probably why the SA wouldn't accept it on the eyeshadow, and I think it would have beeped on SS tills) although some peeps have had it added on manually by SA's.

As regards SS tills, different stores seem to be set up differently, but what I find works for me is to scan my goods, then before checkout, scan the perkie, till will say "one free" and ask you to bag the item, press skip bagging, post your perkie in the slot (the discount can be quite slow to show up on the screen so don't panic!). Points vouchers and acm voucers have to be done after you have pressed "checkout". You will get a screen with different payment options, one of the buttons will be coupons/vouchers press that, then scan your points voucher and post it. If you have anymore points/acm vouchers repeat. then choose your payment method. hth

Good luck and have fun with the SS ;)

yes you are right Karenmac, the 250pts can only be used on skincare, tried to use it on some no7 cuticle cream but the SA put me right. therefore when i was buying the bath soak, i asked her if this was classed as skincare, she said I will try and it went through.

jazzteddy - this seems to be abit of a trend lately, alot of people have mentioned about SA's holding back surveys and giving them out to who they choose. Abit naughty really, makes you wonder if they served the intended recipient badly so witheld the survey!!!

Yes I thought the same thing actually.
I do try to be a nice customer to serve, because I believe what goes around comes around...karma, in other words,
but I think that it is wrong to hang on to the surveys and only give them out to those who will say positive things.
But even so I cannot pass judgement on the SA concerned, she was nice enough and I do not know the full circumstances
as to why she had been keeping these to give out to 'selected customers' . Just thought it was odd and it had not happened before.
I probably would not have noticed, if I had been in the middle of trying to buy something on an 'uber glitch'......;)

Hi peeps, hope you're all well/feeling better x

Went out to get rid of some perkies, and came back with more than I started :o I'm doing something wrong :rotfl:

Thought I'd check a few clearance stands out - just to make sure they were nice and tidy you understand ;):D Anyway, I spotted these for £1:

    http://www.amazon.co.uk/Naturaleve-Sweet-Lips-99-995%25-Organic/dp/B001I45NN6/ref=sr_1_4?ie=UTF8&s=beauty&qid=1236616231&sr=1-4

Thought about Mimi so picked one up lol. The wrong one :o lol but I think there was a few for 'pouty' lips, so I'll pop back ;)

The James Brown Mini Hairsrays were down to 59p - see below.

    http://www.boots.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/ProductDisplay?storeId=10052&productId=867943&callingViewName=&langId=-1&catalogId=10551

Spotted another ovulation thingy - £1.50 ish

All above on clearance btw, but if they can appear on clearance up/down here - they might appear on others? :)

Other odds and ends, some of which I've forgotten already :D and a couple of others which I'll need to price-check so I'll post those later. Off to catch up before tea. x

P.S. If Triker's reading, what was it you paid for the Ymea (sp?) thing again please?

Haven't had chance to answer pm's or email, but will get on the case asap.
