Hiya:) I've tried loads of different ear plugs and the muffles are the best in my opinion. They work well for me anyway and completely block out any noise (the foam ones do nothing for me). You have to mold them into shape before inserting them into your ears. HTH:D
Hiya, Just wanted to ask: are these 'muffles' single use or could you use them more than once ? Thanks :D

    Hiya,

I was there end of last week and I saw pretty much nothing in the way of special bargains/clearance items. Sorry! Then again, you just never know..maybe there will be some new bargains around now. The usual GWP around if that is of any interest, the skin analysis with the free samples and the other samples doing the rounds. But nowt to report on clearance items as of last week.

    hi vaz

I was at the fort for a short visit last week. The clearance stand used to be at the back of the store next to the photo shop but I have not seen one there in months now :-(

I have found the fort rather disappointing tbh and one of my least favourite boots. I dont want to put you off this is just my opinion.

On the plus side I managed to get some soap and glory gift bags for free when I was there and also the sa for the ss tills gave me a voucher for spending over £5 even though I paid with points

    hth

    thanks virtually and MRS T

i went today. mostly a wasted journey. fort used to be great for clearance but its gone 'all posh' now and clearance is carp!:(

did manage to get the vichy gwp and a soap & glory gift bag though!;)
And truth be told I miss you...

My meal deal was charged at 3.49 this lunchtime (I'm not in London). It came up on the reciept as lunch too

I was charged £3.29 on Saturday & Im not in London, either. Previously, I'm sure I've only paid £2.99?

Just got back from a quick trip round The Fort, Manchester & got a couple of bargains! Was hanging round the perfume counter, as SA was serving someone else & spotted two plastic stacking trays full of reduced items - most were 17 Fake Tans & some St Tropez small packets (not sure what these were) but the other tray had some gift sets in, so I had my eye on those. I decided not to just grab them, but asked the SA politely, if they were on sale & she said yes! :j So I got a Sanctuary "Top to Toe" giftset for £5 (its £19 on .com!!) & a Boots Winter Cranberry-thingy Giftset for £3.50 (can't find this one online, think it was a Xmas item). Can't give you the proper name for it, cos I've had to leave it in my car boot, or OH will go off on one!! Will have to sneak them into the house when he's not looking!! Bargain!!

I also noticed some shelves with the old No 7 purple GWP from last year at £6.50 - shocking price! And a solitary black No 7 one from around Xmas at the same price, but it was opened & looked like it had been pilfered!! As did the only Purple Olay GWP on the shelf, which had its lid off, so I left that one, as no SS tills at this branch, either.

Can't beleive that I forgot to check the price of the No 7 foundations, either! I'm losing my marbles!! Did pay for my giftsets in 2 transactions, though (along with the eyedrops I'd gone in for) so I got two Perkies, too!! I came home a happy teddy.

Don't know where the clearance shelves are going to be in the store, but if anyone is passing, it might be worth popping in, cos there was quite a few odds & ends but I didn't want to bend down & scrabble through it all, with my bum in the air!!! :rotfl:

Thanks Karen Mac, Sweeny & minimoneyme for your help X

Just had a look at the 250pts voucher (old xmas one) says can be used when you buy any product from the No7 range, however it also says not with any other offer or discount only one coupon per transaction blah blah, not that she looked at it, so even if I had given her this fist me thinks she was having none of it.

    Hi VC

Always, always give the SA your points voucher first, then when it comes to pay hand over your perkie (which you've kept hidden away in your purse or brag book etc), then anything you want to pay. This systems seems to be the best route. if you do the perkie first sometimes tehy won't accept the poits voucher.

    Good luck on your mission.

I got charged £3.29 for a meal deal in Southend today.
They have loads of NC apple bath scrunchies at 61p, few no 7 no grains exfoliator, loads of foundation but didn't price check- this was in the royals, at the smaller one at the top of the high street they have removed all the clearance no7 that was there for weeks and the same green eyeshadows are on the clearance shelf
