Can I bring my stash round to your summerhouse please? I'm running out of places to hide stuff :D .

Me too plz... I get soooo excited with the glitches/ free stuff/ next to nowt purchases that, generally, 4get I've not much room left...:o Many times I find myself hiding things from OH as I know he'll b thinking what on earth am I going 2do with ALL the stuff?! As we're all aware we can ALWAYS find ways of 'disposing' them but soooo many times I, like many, find myself admiring my collection...:o and never get tired of doing so... :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

Bought a meal deal on Friday & it was £2.99 but if I was charged more than stated I'd query it regardless, 50p is 50p.

Couldn't find anything I really wanted or needed on my brief shop today but did buy OH a new razor.....I think I was supposed to buy gifts for me so lots of birthday money burning a hole in my pocket.

I did check the ACM though, lots of offers there for me.

I went to Cribbs Causeway store today to use my Extracts ACM and voucher mag. I bought1 mini body butters and 1 lip glosses and put them through on self serve with some other things. I scanned one ACM and one Mag voucher and then when I tried to scan more it would not work so I tried to cancel the lip gloss but it would not do it. I was on self serve so the SA came over and had to cancel the transaction. She did that but did not want to give me back the 2 vouchers I had put in the slot( they were the only vouchers in there!!) and she kept saying that I had used them on a previous shop. I had done 2 shops ( with no extracts in them ) already and I kept saying no you cancelled the transaction not me!! She eventually gave them back.
I then had another problem with another shop and another SA came over and practically shouted at me saying you are not allowed to have more than one mag voucher. I said I one voucher for me, one for DD and one for OH.
So I did my next shop put my vouchers back in my bag and left the store and gave my OH my bags. I then went back in and bought some reduced nuts and a flapjack and went to the ordinary till as the earlier assistant had said that you could not buy reduced goods on the SS tills. The one who had shouted at me had been staring at me and gossiping to the other SA's ( About me I think) was at the next till and the young SA who was serving me very loudly leaned over to the older rude one and said are these 20p. So I said is there a problem as it was obvious they were 20p as it said so on the label. She went red and said no. So I reached in my bag oulled out the Extract mag voucher tore it in half and leaned over and said I think your colleaugue does not want me to use this and I passed the pieces over .The older one would not look at me but said it was the other SA who had made a fuss in the beginning that had an issue with it. So I just turned and walked away.
I then found a Customer Services assistant SA and told her about it and said Boots should not give us vouchers if we cant use them!! She apologised and said maybe it was Monday morning that was annoying them.
I then bought a No 7 No Grains exfoliator for £4.30 and used a perky and an Extracts Lip Balm and used my last mag voucher at the Photo counter.
Still I got a Vichy Gift set, A Purple Definity GWP ( both free!!) and a few other bargains. Good Clearance with lots of Mediteranean body butters etc.
Was feeling a bit down so went to Broadmead and got No 7 foundation for £2.00 ( perkie did not work but the lovely girl overrode it)
Went to branch near Matalan in WSM and got to NO 7 compacts for £3.18 each. Perkie did not work so used points instead.
I managed to get 2 of the 3 names of the SA's in Cribbs so I will be writing tommorow and complaining. I much prefer the SA's on the SS till in Bond St London so I think a cheap coach fare needs to be found!!
BTW lots of putting sets in Broadmead but sign says you need to buy 2 Gillete items and there was none reduced.

The Vichy ones scan free with no qualifying purchase.

The La Roche-Posay ones are free trial products - I think the idea behind them is that you are supposed to get your skin analysed by the rep, then they give you a suitable trial kit to take home. Don't scan them on SS tills - they beep as an "unrecognised item". I would take them to a manned till if the rep isn't around, and when the till beeps (as it will) tell the SA you couldn't find the rep.
