A few peeps have PMd me about Beckton, and asked if it's worth making a journey. It's not a particularly large store, but they have shelves stacked full of goodies. Their stock turns over so quickly, it's just a case of pot luck.

Good bargains today (as well as what I've listed before) were some little pots of Mediterranean something for 50p each, a glyco peel something or other kit for £5, which looked expensive, shelves and shelves of shampoo, body wash, shower gel etc at 50p or £1, lippies, mascara, eye shadow etc for £1 and up, lots of boxes of Time Delay cream for £1.50ish.

You can't use Perkies, Vouchers, Points coupons, get a 60 plus discount, and you can't exchange, but you do earn points. HTH

On my local SS tills, you click to pay, then on the screen where it asks you for your payment method, there is a 'vouchers option' which you select & it lets you scan your vouchers, then goes back to the payment method screen and you select card / cash / points etc.

Not sure if that was your question, so apologies if I've misunderstood
Thanks Miss_Marple, that is exactly the answer i was looking for!! :T

    GLASGOW ST ENOCHS

Managed to buy 2 compact foundation £3.18 ea, no prob, used 1 vchr, so £1.36 to pay. Still looking for extract mini's in glasgow...but, no joy. I gather the machine has stopped giving extract vchrs now?

St Enochs don't stock new extracts at all, but they do have plenty of the putting sets.

Yippee I've just got my despatch email for the Sanctuary stuff!!!! Thanks to the OP.

I'm a sick girl tonight, got a cold and think I have picked up a stomach bug from my niece as I've been vomiting. Hope my parcel comes tomorrow to cheer me up!

Thanks for reminding me - I think these were what I saw half-hidden behind the SAs on the photographic counter in the Maidstone, Chequers Centre branch. Sort of pale blue or lilac, with butterflies on?

I do hope that after I gave Moyilla step-by-step instructions as to the Order of Service for points vouchers, other vouchers, Perkies etc, that it went OK.

Has she posted a brilliant shop on here tonight, using her points, vouchers etc and I've missed it? If so, could somebody let me know the post number please, so I can revel in her glory - or commiserate?

    Thank you.

    xx

Moyilla hasn't posted a report of her shopping trip Sandra as to quote Moy "never got on my marathon Boot's trip!!". Moy posted this on another thread on MSE.

Hope you don't mind me quoting you on a post Moyilla

Thanks Triker :D If anyone's not sure what to look for (apart from mirrors ;)) they're the ones that are packaged in bright pink boxes, with a window-type front.

There's no such thing as a stupid question rukicruki :) I always get perkies when I buy over the counter type medicines, if that's what you mean?
