Perish the thought Polls. Your messages are lovely as are lots of others on here too.
I am soooo not gonna catch up on this thread!0 -
I do hope that after I gave Moyilla step-by-step instructions as to the Order of Service for points vouchers, other vouchers, Perkies etc, that it went OK.
I believe my advice ended by telling her to keep smiling at the SAs, and even if Men in White Coats come to take you away, to hang on to your vouchers!
Has she posted a brilliant shop on here tonight, using her points, vouchers etc and I've missed it? If so, could somebody let me know the post number please, so I can revel in her glory - or commiserate?
Thank you.

Oh Miss Bailey, what a choker! You must feel soooooooo upset, but most of us have done it at some time.
OK. I agree. Not 2 seconds after we've first used the card, but someone has to be the fastest! Do hope you get it back - were there any points credited on it, or was it clear?

Heads up for Edinburgh Bootsers..I was out at Fort today and was about to buy a tub of Extracts Body Butter when I came across a Clearance shelf full of Mediterranean and Amazon body butters and scrubs, reduced to £1.50 a tub for the butters and £2 for the scrub. Better deal than the Extracts so I picked up four tubs of butter and one of scrub.....took them to the till and discovered they were also included in the 1/3rd off promo. So £1 per tub for body butters and £1.33 for scrub.
Presumably they're discontinuing the Amazon and Mediterranean ranges to replace them with the Extracts, so other Bootsers might like to keep an eye open for these on their own Clearance shelves. Nice stuff too.
Spotted these on clearance at Albion Street but were priced @ £3.50 each. Also had lots of Radox Handwash Refill pouchs @ £1 each (got these for 49p bogof a few weeks back). Roc set @ £12...all pretty carp really. Did get THIS stickered @ £7.50 but went thru @ £4.99 so pleased with that.
Good range of Extracts inc the minis & lip balms...BUT still got the old H&B mags.
Crown Point has had the new mags in since last week.
None of the new reusable carrier bags to be had yet.
** noticed in the new H&B mag that from 25 March DOVE will be up to 1/2 price + on double points.

After posting earlier that I couldn't wait to go Bootsing for the first time since I replaced by AC, I went to Boots, put my card in the ACM, excitedly printed off three copies of the Extracts voucher (thanks so much to the person who suggested going back in to the various sections individually after looking at all offers:A ) and walked off ready to find me some bargains.:j
I'm sure you eagle-eyed Bootsers will recognise the one fundamental thing I failed to do... TAKE THE FLAMIN@ CARD OUT OF THE ACM!!!!!!!!
I am sooo disappointed! I checked the machine and it wasn't there and I asked at the CS desk but they hadn't had it handed in.
It may be worth checking instore tomorrow, just in case someone handed it in after you left.:)
If you have no luck locating the card make sure you keep any receipts, so that you can still pick up your points.
I left my card in the card holder at the till once, but I was lucky enough to get it back, with my points intact.
Nice to see you managed to get some bargains though.
Madame Scarlet..Where are we going bootsing on your 'Virtual Tour bus'.
Will the wheels on the bus go round and round, untill we all get some lovely bargains.:)0 -

Thanks, I didn't actually buy that much, just noted the prices. Wish I had a 'real time camera' so I could film the prices and post here.:DDFW Nerd 267. DEBT FREE 11.06.08
