It should take about 10 working days. If it take longer than a fortnight I'd chase it up.Moving onto a better place...Ciao :wave:0

Hi
I joined Dooyoo about 2 months ago and have since made around £90, I reedeemed them for £40 of Amazon vouchers and a £50 cheque. I just wanted to check that the cheques I receive are not taxable?
Many Thanks0 -
As far as I know, I think they are taxable and you're supposed to register as self-employed and complete a tax return. I think the tax people can fine you as well if you don't! :-O Anyone else know for sure??0

thanks blondecaz, think I will send HMRC an email and ask!0

You dont need to register as self employed as you are not in business in the sense that this is a regular income. The tax on £90 is well below the HMRC threshold where they wont be interested in you, but if your liability creeps above the £100 mark, then you simply need to ask for a self assessment at the end of the year and declare the income under sundry untaxed income.£705,000 raised by client groups in the past 18 mths :beer:0

Hi all,
Just to let you know I have just got off of the phone to HMRC, I have had to register as self employed as I am also employed by my father for admin work at £225 a month. I mentioned dooyoo and both people I spoke with agreed that earnings are taxable and must be written on the self-assessment form in April0 -
Hang on. If your only income is £225 plus £100 pm you are way below the tax threshold.£705,000 raised by client groups in the past 18 mths :beer:0
