In that case I would just say that Dooyoo wouldn't allow you to add just the service, then people aren't looking for info about the Centre :)

In which case it's a VU from me.

Dooyoo told me to do it that way, to review that service at the practice they wouldn't add the circumcision service alone as it did not have a direct link online.

It'd still get an SU/NU from me. Whether or not Dooyoo told you to post anyway, any passing person with interest in the Ashton View Medical Centre wouldn't get the information they require. Passing consumers don't know that you've been advised to post and will open the review, only to find their time (mostly) wasted.

Sometimes, it's more a case of not posting at all rather than posting something where it doesn't belong.

Do you think altering the title of the review would help? To Leeds circumcision service to make it clearer. I want people to be able to have the information that I wasn't able to find when I was looking into the service.

I'm still a new member of Dooyoo but after reading lots on the site I think my reviews are improving. I have spent a lot of time on my latest review if anyone would like to read it I'd be most grateful.

It called Ouch Ouch Ouch and is about Leeds circumcision service.

Sorry lilmiss1982, I've removed your post quoted above because you've included the members link. I appreciate you're asking for advice and suggestions on the review so I've included the non-member link below (which would mean there is no suggestion of you benefitting financially from the reads here.)

This is the non-logged in link:

Hope you understand and don't take this personally. I wouldn't want to set a precedent of people linking to their own reviews for increased member reads. :)

If I'm being honest, no. It would help the members, certainly and you might get higher ratings than without it but ultimately, the members are not who you should be aiming your reviews but rather those passers by that are looking for information. They tend not to look at review titles, but rather search results.

Yeah totally understand that thanks for changing it over.

For anyone who writes on Dooyoo, thought you might be interested to know that there is a nutter loose raving about paying your taxes, benefit fraud and the likes.

    Quite a funny read

Although a wee bit strange. Looks like he/she had their real account suspended and are taking it to heart with a pseudo.:rotfl:

Hi all, I've just requested my first dooyoo cheque. Been a member for about 5 weeks, and managed to get this far with the site as I've currently nothing much to do with my jobless student summer.
Anyone know how long the cheques usually take to get here?

Once they've checked all the reviews I believe up to 4 weeks is what they advise, but can be quicker can be slower depending on numbers of people redeeming at around the same time. I expect one of the guide who post here will be able to give you a better estimate since its been a while since I last claimed anything from dooyoo.
