I rate people down if their English is difficult to understand. Everyone makes mistakes but when it makes it difficult to understand I think that it's fair to rate them down for it.

i've been doing my rating honestly thing for quite a while now but it seems in the last couple of weeks I've had quite a few unpleasant PM's...just things like people accusing me of being dishonest when rating their reviews or demanding that I leave a comment if I rate them as SU or NU. Do you think that it's accceptable to report these things to dooyoo or I should just forget about them?

I'm getting really worried that people are going to stop rating my reviews!

I think you should report any abusive or unpleasant PMs.

Thanks for this thread - I joined dooyoo last year and forgot all about it. I use ciao quite regularly so this is a good site to get writing on as well. :beer:

Who does the product suggestions? I've had some that have been done in hours, yet others take weeks!

Me too. Over Christmas it was very slow, but that was understandable.
I wonder if it just depends on how much other stuff is going on on the site.

Sorry I wasn't worried about the length of time. It was just odd that some are done on virtually the same day, then another in a different category takes a couple of weeks more.

I was just curious as to whether the guides did them, and that's why there was a difference in time.

Whenever I try to do anything on this thread a window pops up asking me the following...

A user name and password are being requested by http://guides.dooyoo.co.uk. The site says: "Guides"

It then has boxes for the username and password. If I click Cancel it goes away but its very annoying.

Is there a bug on this thread or something? It's only happening here, not on Dooyoo itself.

I think its something in the link Matty posted, there's a broken image there, so it might be that.

How odd. It's only just started in the this afternoon and its only affecting this one thread.

Have reported it to abuse for them to check out.

Weird - its only affecting Page 2 of the thread but comes up everytime I want to post a reply here.
