I've joined DooYoo today and I am hooked! I've done six reviews already and am just writing my 7th.

You know that as a Rookie you can only do 10 reviews per month, what is the criteria to go up a level? Do I just need to wait until they review them?

How much does everybody earn from this each month? If you don't mind me asking :)

You can do as many reviews as you like! The new member badge will go after a while. It varies for everyone but I earn around £20 per month without churning and winning a crown every other week. I only write a review or two a week.

Oh right, I must have read it wrong! Oh good glad I can do more, i'm really enjoying it! I've already had 300 dooyoomiles for people rating my reviews which i'm really pleased about!

I'd be really happy if I could get £20 a month, that would pay for a good chunk of my christmas presents :D

You'll probably get lots of PMs from people abroad, often asking for friendship or dates

You can either just ignore and delete or report them to Dooyoo. I tend to just ignore them, as I'd rather Dooyoo spend their time paying out my dosh that sorting out serial daters :D
Moving onto a better place...Ciao

I joined a few days ago and i've had no trouble. If somebody is "revenge rating" then report them.

I'm up to 7170 points now and I LOVE it :D

I joined the forum purely as a warning to anyone else thinking of joining Dooyoo.

Dont bother, all you are letting yourself in for is a sh*tload of abuse off established members

Just today I had xxfoxyredxx telling me not to rate her reviews because I only rated them as useful, even though she rushed to my account to rate mine lower. I've read plenty about revenge rating on this site but didnt think it was true, then she tells me she's reporting me to Dooyoo for rating her reviews as useful.

STAY AWAY FROM DOOYOO ITS NOT WORTH IT.

If you have a problem with a member you should contact dooyoo, not join an external forum to complain about it.

For what it's worth dooyoo do not take action against anyone rating a review "useful" - it is actually a good rate so I would suggest you ignore it as nothing will come of any report a user makes for that rate.

I advise you to just ignore this as a blip and not let it spoil your enjoyment of the site.
  • I joined this forum because I've been reading it for a while, and I followed the advice on here about rating as I see fit and not just rating everything as very useful and not writing reviews but not reading.

Now I wished I hadn't bothered  Clearly that advice is wrong, so people should be warned not to take notice of this thread.

My advice to anyone joining up would be to just write and not bother reading, you will still get your money from Dooyoo and won't have to put up with nasty emails.
