REVERBIE, The police should ask the PO to see if they could identify anyone who are living there. Horrid person.
We had a good description of the person from the woman at the PO who apparently didnt insist on ID after this guy apparently intimidated her (shes behind glass btw)I found this out while we were talking abut it in the pub yesterday before the game. I know exactly who this so and so is - not where he lives in the flats tho as I tend to see him walking in town or near the flats. He is VERY distinctive - the description given was he looks like Father Christmas - the guy I know of is huge and has long white and grey hair and a beard the same.

Oddly enough when I came home last night after leaving my flatmate and 2 mates in the pub cos I was tired due to being poorly, what was waiting on the "doorstep" outside our flat - the open bag with the Royal Mail signed for sticker missing and the printer cartridges inside. Seems the scum bag must have had some form of conscience - either that or he realised just how easy it was to track him down and tell the police who it is etc.
