    mine was for £34,000, ouch!!! loans and credits cards, supporting my h through illness for2 years, plus living beyond my means!

    About £44K. Mainly loans which I could pay when earning mega bucks but redundancy put pay to that job.

    When I started my DMP almost exactly year ago my total debt was £37.512.57, out of this was Nastywest personal loan and OD for £15,221.18, I have paid NW during last year in total £366.40 and got letter this week from Collection Agency telling me that my total debt to NW is now £16,627.01. Hence going to go BR by the end of June.

    £30'000 app most of which is business debt, our fiends RBS being the main casualty. They of course no nothing of this YET Monday 2nd March 1.45 pm

    My mate, when I told him how much was involved reckons it's not enough and I should have gone for £250,000 at least. His words " If your'e going to go broke do it big time". Ok for him he's not doing it. £300,000, thats big time! Blimey "Now where did I put that CC and cheque book"
