  • The total sum is £19127 +/- a few pounds(this is the latest figure).I gone Bankrupt with £ 18285 in September and some of my creditors are still adding charges and interest.(Go figure, OR said do not worry, not my problem anymore). All this was CCs and an overdraft+Freemans/Grattan catalogue account(£105).

Ps: I saved from September nearly £500:j.Really proud of myself.:p

Just shy of 151K of unsecured debt. All on credit cards, loans and overdrafts. Got nothing to show for it either!?

    Go figure!
  • Can I just ask any of those with really high levels of credit card/loan debt (say above £100k) if they are now on BRU/BROs as a result?

I'm not judging in any way (my own BR was ultimately down to my financial incompetence after all)...just curious as to how it's viewed.

Yes, but £136K wasn't your doing, it would have been far far less if it weren't for the stupidity of NR.

Northern Rock are a moronic bunch of dolts, aren't they?

With just over 1 month to go until my AD, had no IPA/IPO or BRU/BRO to date.

With just a few weeks to go, I am counting the days!!

I hope there is no nasty sting in the tail before AD. Then life can begin again:j
  • 32K - plus student debt that can't be included........... might disappear if the country goes bust though!! Accumulated debt from trying to keep going through illness and being a single parent full time student! Going BR was the best decision I made!
