Thanks guys for the support - that's the bestest thing about losing weight!

Another non-gym day today as had to work half a day and had promised a different friend i would help her with some family stuff this morning - so it's already been a looong day!

Just leaving work now to go home, kids have a singing practice tonite so gotta take them there and then bed.... have not a clue what we'll be eating tonite. Maybe my DH will make something nice ....hmmm

Well, today was a really bad day of eating (I got through an entire large pot of Greek yogurt, 700 calories and 55g fat, dear God!).

But my darling OH is so good, he came for a walk with me this evening to rent a DVD and keep my spirits up, we took a long route and it was an hour and a half there and back! So that's 2.5 hours' walking which might go some way to offset the piggy eating. Here's hoping anyway! Goodnight all...

I have now gone over two weeks without chocolate now - gave it up for Lent even though I'm not that religious, just thought I should learn to forego my daily choccie fix!:o .

I just popped in to remind myself I've got a less than three weeks left to get to the half stone mark - putting it into type usually makes it more realistic!

I'll weigh in Saturday morning, will pop back and post how I got on.

YEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 2lbs lost this week, reached my first stone! I am so pleased.
I will start to do some exercise from this weekend, I have a wii fit and have all the excuses under the sun for not using it. Those 2lbs have given me the kick I need, I aim for 2lbs next week too. Total loss for March so far 1.5lbs. May not reach 7 but will have a really good go.
Good night everyone, hope you sleep better tonight Dragon. x
Need to sort my life out! :T

    Good morning campers!

I am 61.0kg this morning, was hoping to see some downward movement but I shouldn't be too annoyed after yesterday's eating. Today I am going to go to the gym at lunchtime and am also going to do some stairs, gotta keep up the exercise and get the eating under control! I have my healthy yogurt with me today, and plenty of fruit for snacking. Fingers crossed everything will go to plan! :)

I'm out for dinner tonight with OH so hopefully I will be good and choose healthy stuff! Then I'll be out next week for Mother's Day dinner with the family, more rich food, eek! And a wedding 2 weeks after that! Life really does get in the way of weight loss sometimes, doesn't it (was it plzhelpmesave who said that first?). But I guess it's a lifelong thing we're committed to, we just have to overcome the little blips, unexpected changes to our plans - and of course enjoy the odd meal out as well, life is for living and all that! :D

    How is everyone doing?
