It has been mentioned that a s/o is not good enough. Well i am the pwc and my ex is should be paying £54 a week (this is half as another mother was awarded the other half) via the csa. I never had a private agreement with him. Well, he still has my a/c details from when we were togther and decided to play mind games and deposit £7.50 a week. I of course told the CSA that i don't acknowledge it as CM.
CSA took him to court for arrears and the Judge adjourned the case as he wanted to establish what exactlythe depositswere for if they were not for CM. (he has however issued with a Liability Order for the other Mother!!)
So.....now i am going to have to say that i now DO agree the payements were for CM even though it is clearly a made-up figure that i would never agree to. I can't see another way around it.
I am now in the process of changing my bank a/c and admit laziness was why i didn't change it before.Dave Ramsey Fan[/COLOR]0
