well went into bank yesterday and had the total sum of £990 to cover all my outgoings, think its scandolous that the CSA knew a new period of phasing makes my payments go crazy, yet they never do anything about it and claim payment is correct (or it will even itself out over the year) even after i asked for my payment to be checked manually!
Ive just had a recent re-assessment (asked for by myself) because i had a wage rise recently, but they done the assessment but my protected earnings level still remains the same figure as i had in my original assessment
I am having to borrow again this month, like i had to do last February just to make ends meet, im fed up living in poverty yet earning a decent salary and the CSA just taking what they like0 -
god carnt believe you have to pay that much how much do you earn if you dont mind me asking:mad: still waiting on halifax claim
 i hate csa0 -
i earn just over £27k
my net earnings are £1712 after tx and ni/pension deductions0 -
do you have 15 kids that somehow has a special % rate that bounces up and down each month?
why is it not a standard amount every month? I couldnt handle not knowing how much money I would be getting to live on!0 -

Just make doubly sure that they never take more than 40% of your net take home pay by means of your DEO0 -
this is only for 2 kids, one case transfered from csa1, sophasing applies and i end up paying roughly £5k more over the 5 years
they have on a few occasions taken more than 40% and its been highlighted at a face to face interview but csa dont do anything about it, im on a deo and thats that!
thats why im going thru ICE to get the CSA to sort itself out, cant see why they cant just take the same amount each month, my wages dont fluctuate0 -
I have 150 quid per month taken via DEO, no matter if I work overtime, get bonuses, paid for holidays, My pay is always the same, no matter what I earn the deduction adjust accordingly.
They care not that I have 3 kids to care for at home. Tis not worth my while working overtime as id basically be working for nothing.
Mines is a back office case, whenever you phone up to complain, and you get a woman operator, they are the worst cos they totally judge you.
csa suck a$$0 -

have you tried your mp too? do you know if the p'swc get the same amount each month?
that phasing thing is dragged out far too long imo and shouldve been started as soon as csa2 was introduced.0
