mumoffivekids-- well since i last posted my payments have went down to £475 per month, i was bracing myself for the usual increase in feb's collection but it stayed the same, however as ive just entered the last year of phasing it should have went down but hasnt yet (i thought it was automatic?) im scared of contacting CSA Falkirk incase they decide to put my payments up!

I wish my ex could read some of the NRP cases here.We have 4 kids together and he earns approx £34k pa.He gives 240.00 per month.I asked for a slight increase-i didn't name a figure, but to cut a long story short all he's ever bought our 10month old, is a box of nappies and an xmas present! He said If I want more to go to the CSA-who he claims will say he pays too much already. What annoys me Is I'm not greedy, I just want us to both play an equal part in evey area of the childrens lives. He can have as much contact as he likes with his kids, but chooses not to take It.

U should definitely go through csa. Only just read through this thread. My ex was really good in the begining and all of a sudden stopped (maybe something to do with his new partner) Well i was stubborn for about 5 years thinking i can manage to bring my kids up without him, he hardly ever saw them. Then i decided enough is enough and went to csa he messed them about for a long time and he his finally on a deo, i ring them all the time to chase payments. i know he must really struggle now, so do i care, NO! i struggled for 5 years i think its his turn now.
Thats just my case, i do feel sorry for men who have always paid and really genuinly struggle, and see there kids aswell.

I was with Kirkcaldy for a while then i started fighting back then transferred back to the place that made the biggest balls ups FALKIRK

I have had £150 consolory payments even thought the complaints weren't upheld .
