cheers CSA help, like a few folk on here ive no faith in them, if ive worked my figures out correctly I think I should have nearly cleared the arrears, just scared if i get a full account breakdown they get that wrong also...lol

how long would a full account breakdown normally take?

Mines took a week although i was quoted that sometimes it could take up 6 weeks if there are loads of mistakes that need rectified as this needs to be dealt with with a trained accountant (I burst out laughing at him ) as accounts wasn't his speciality .

Backfired a bit but im laughing now .I called (direct dial Number of complaints officer) got someone else and i was enquiring hypotheticly about paying off my alleged arrears till it went to tribunal .

I asked a couple of questions and he stated are you paying or not atiitude stank so he will be up the swaney on MOnday once they receive another complaint about his attitude

They can whistle for their arrears until my tribunal and see how quick i get my money back

you don't have to specifically name any of them. you just have to say "the dribbling chimp on the phone" and that pretty much covers all angles! :rotfl::rotfl:

Thats the funniest thing i have read all week.....
Well said speedster...keep em coming

it's easy really, just substitute the words "case worker" with "dribbling chimp" and "£600,000,000" computer system" with "abacus and blunt crayons" and hey presto!!
