all complaints upheld as mentioned, just totally scunnered with them, dont know wether to phone them and ask why my phasing amount hasn't reduced or just leave it

Me too i just phone them to wind them up now as they they know they are about to get f**ed in tribunal then that will lead me onto my other set of complaints

Can I just remind everyone that these are public boards and naming and shaming specific officers within the CSA would mean that I would have to delete this thread in its entirity.

Feel free to comment about specific offices and share your experience but the singling out of specific people will not be tolerated.

    Thanks all

you don't have to specifically name any of them. you just have to say "the dribbling chimp on the phone" and that pretty much covers all angles! :rotfl::rotfl:

Wouldn't dream of it as i suppose the officers only work there .Whether they follow the rules or have a knowledge of what they are allowed to do is a matter for internal complaints at the CSA to address training issues etc :)

My case went to falkirk through my MP . It would appear the are the creme de la creme of the CSA incompetant and the funny thing is they are oblivious to the mistakes they are making . My subject access request proves that the escalated clerical complaints team never investigated my case even though the request came from SG himself . Cant wait to get into court and give my evidence im going to love every minute of it
I only speak of my own experiences. and research that i have carried out whilst dealing with my own case with the child support agency

    Mark

Ask them for a full acount breakdown .I have 14 adjustments on mine and some of them are still wrong (in my favour of course ) to the tune of £10's of pounds not £100's
