I've bought an item on BOGOF, the SEL says 9.97 but the BOGOF label says 9.96. My receipt shows I was charged 9.96. Can I get a refund on this?
No - you've not been overcharged Dude.

OK thanks. I was under the impression that you can get a refund if there were two prices displayed regardless of what you were charged.0

No the shop is allowed to show a higher priced sel and charge a lower price but not the other way around.
You will find the day before a price goes up is some supermarkets a higher price ticket will be put out. This gives the shop more time to ensure that they are legal the next day. THough i am not sure how 24 hour opperations opperate but i imagin they also have to put the higher price tickets up the day before the cental computer activates the price increase.
Otherwise it would be BARGIN CITY :j"Save the cheerleader - Save the world"0 -
In Somerfields we could activate the price changes in store. So head office would host down the changes and we would activate them.0

I think the R&R policy has created a monster. Its become an obsession for some. Lets face it, its very rare to get something for nothing and I think the buzz of R&R has become an addiction. I believe a lot of goods that have been obtained are never used and will probably sit in a cupboard. End the madness!!
I just hope people dont rely on it as it may not last.Auntie Savingsgirl 24/9/06 :j0 -
