My dad went into local Tesco at lunchtime yesterday and everything was correct. DH went to same Tesco at 8.30 last night and got 2 large beef joints, over £18 each from on top of the corrected stock. Full R&R

I got some stray meat today- ribeye steaks, lamb chops and beef joints. Don't think there is much point putting it on the other board as it will be all the meat in different stores and at different times. This looks really good.

received a great apology from T today with a £15 money card in it as promised last week.I'm going back to Longton and take the letter with me so if they argue again I'll show it to them.

Just got 10 sirloin steaks (the bigger pack better value) ones.

Went to cs, she went to check it out, was only offering me difference, she weighed them,Unfortunately they were not only the wrong price but the wrong weight.

Spoke to manager who didnt want to r & r but i did suggest that their policy was to refund and replace, i didnt think that trading standards would be too pleased with the incorrect price and weight on a product.

Left with full r & r in cash, i paid by card.

Is it really any of our business? Should we be judgemental? In any case, 10 steaks is not a huge amount.

no deals at big warrington branch and sign about bulk r and r s stuck on the infamous blue board. even the nescafe scanned correctly, deep sadness in r and r land , is there no god :rotfl:

I will use 7 tonite for family meal. They are fresh until 10th March so I am sure I can do something with the others b4 then.

( I have been watching this site with interest recently and didnt think that it could be done, so i did a weeks try - to see what i could accumulate in 1 week. Today was the last day - total £298.76)

I wont be buying in future just for the sake of it but will certainly be checking on here what is on "offer" before i go shopping - will also be keeping a closer eye on what ive been charged.

Tesco EXPRESS overcharged on Lean Braising steak today 2 packets, charged at £6.43 Kg. I took them back to the shop and was told they would give me the difference (the amount overcharged) I asked about R&R but was told that doesnt apply to Tesco Express only the Big Tescos, is this correct?

If I should have had a R&R what steps should I take now?
