Not sure why any store failed to sort the meat out today - we had all ours downpriced (yellow sticker) and checked by store opening! And we had the 6 hanging board (which are corporate) on display at the front of the store and down the meat aisle - not to mention the car park banner.
Guess you wont be visiting me lol
Ah, but this is only the first day... You've had since close of play yesterday to get everything in order before opening this morning (that's unless you work in Stalham, in which case all overtime is cancelled!)This particular promotion is going to be a nightmare for Tesco, as it's going to take one hell of a lot team work between the various shifts and PID to keep on top of the labelling.

3 and 4 point checks should pull up any errors once the promotion has been set up.0

Ah, but you and I both know that all the cogs in the machine need to work together for the machine to run smoothly. Unfortunately, most stores have a few loose cogs.In a rut? Can't get out? Don't know why?

LOL I guess - mind you they obviously dont have a compliance manager like ours - they would go loopy if we got overcharges for down pricing!0

Hi
I did try today to go searching to Tesco in Five Ways Birmingham for r&r but I am very useless.... I had a little list of things that had been discussed as R&R but no joy. This is not very easy.0 -

keep on trying my friend. your day will come. i went with a huge list last week scanned over 100 items (it was a long afternoon - 2 and a half hours, but well worth it) got none of the things i expected but came out with my 144 cans of coke, which taste really sweet as they were freeeeeeeee! total R & R for me was £53 + . more than i make in a day at work!!! lol. so def worth a half shift off. Anyway checked back today and the SEL and scan were both 6.75 btw. although pack is marked at 6.95. ho hum... all good things...credit card debt at LBM Nov 2006 £11,300:eek:

This is going to happen. Only this evening I saw newer packs of finest beef without a price adjustment on top of ones that had been adjusted! Didn't get them as I didn't want them.
I'm sure though that some stores will be better than others at keeping on top of it.0
