Tesco misprices discussion area part 4

First Post:
Thanks for the note about the motorola. Picked up the camera from local store, but again they refuse to give in, saying mispriced and not overcharge. Spoke to HO, they also say the same thing, looks like anyone picking up the phone knows about the motorola now and have been told to say its not overcharge. I did mention to them that TS said they were in the wrong, but the senior person in HO said to take it up with them if we like, she does not care. However, they are willing to send ten pounds as a good gesture on this one. So if no luck, then take the tenner from HO, and get a full refund on the phones.
Also, BrentPark is the worse ever I think when it comes to CS. They are dreadful, have always had probs with them!!0 -

If having probs with CS here's my tuppence worth....
Keep the product, get evidence of Tesco refusal to R&R, and then simply issue a claim in the court - costs £30 but you get this back if you win.
It certainly seems to get their attention (big companies that is).
Do it all from the comfort of your own armchair at www.moneyclaim.gov.uk
Doubtless some people will say this is a bit excessive....and they might be right.0
