Would it be rude to ask if someone could post me a leaflet? Sorry but there are none in my local store- as ever they spot a misprice straight away like a highly trained sniper picking off elephants from 5 foot. Thankyou...0

Where would I stand getting a refund on these phones?
I got a few of them on R&R from different stores, but not all of the CS people scored out my receipt to say that I had been refunded. Could I just take the ones with nothing on the receipt back for a refund?
Friend of mine did that with a game. Am sure it's quite legal, they refunded you cos they'd overcharged you. Still leaves you having purchased the item ....just that T had to pay for the purchase for you. So yes its yours to go and get a refund on in the same way that if the phone went wrong that they had RRd you would normally go and get your money back on it again. Doesnt matter if its an RR or not as far as I can see.

The offer ends on the "19th".....according to my local store theyve "removed" the offending leaflets but I know they are still in the smaller store in town grr......0

Thanks, I think I will go for the refunds on the clean receipts, and give away the other phones to friends/colleagues. They don't seem to have much ebayable value......0 -

It was tracy1 who had the sharp eyes to find this incredible freebie phone. Think somewhere there's whats called a "post of the month" run by Martin whereby the winner comes in for £50 prize. Can anyone guide me to the page where we vote.0

If you scroll to the top of the page there's a link there for post of the month nominations.0

Obviously as per previous post I failed miserably with phone and took full refund because I was told it was only price on shelf or product. I have been back today and read policy and it doesn't say on shelf edge label - just shelf. Well leaflets were on that shelf so I think I should have had R and R shouldn't I?Make £10 per day in July £45.48/£310
June £232.66, May £310.36, April £310.19, March £287.32, February £250.18, January £257.24
Swagbucks in 2015 £65/£1500 -
