Nothing to update - the MD didnt call - and my contact today hasn't been returned. I will update as and when there's something to say. Lets just say communication is 'interesting' at the moment!Martin Lewis, Money Saving Expert.

The interesting thing is that though I have in the passed read Time Out magazine, and actually have used their website and read things there. I think I have a good enough connection to not describe signing up for this offer as legitimate.
However, I would describe myself as an occasional customer of CD-Wow. However, obviously CD Wow does not want my custom in the future, perhaps that should be an ex-customer of CD Wow.0 -
the thing is regular readers of timeout london will know there are brill offers in timeout sometimes. a particular favourite of mine is 241 at wagamama's one of my fav resturants and it regularly pops up in timeout london, timeout eating and drinking, and timeoutstudent.:A Boots Tart :A0

If you register at Wagamama's site (http://www.wagamama.com/) you can print out vouchers for them whenever you want to. These are usually 241 vouchers but I have also seen vouchers for a free bottle of wine when you buy two mains.'Everyone loves to read but it can be a real nuisance when you lose your place. Here's a solution. When you finish reading a page, just tear it out. You'll save money on bookmarks too!' -- Amanda's Handy Hints, Amanda Keller. :cool:0 -
I bought this magazine after Martin mentioned the offer (used to get it regularly on subscription) and still didn't get my voucher (wish I'd kept the receipt to prove it now). Needless to say I won't be buying the magazine anymore though or be being any more cd's off cdwow. I prefer Itunes now anyway :T
(Wow - my 100th post!!) Cool!! :jEveryone has a photographic memory, it's just some of them don't have film.0 -

Gutted. just e-mail them and state your case. what harm can it do? Has to make more sense than whining on the forum
They might cave and give you a voucher.
Then again they might not.0 -
It's a pity when companies don't adhere (at least on the face of things) to their own terms.
I haven't received anything, commute to London regularly, read time out every now and again etc etc.
I hope you get somewhere with this Martin.0 -
