Think what his/her attitude must be like when he calls Ebico..... I feel sorry for the poor person in the call centre.0

It amazes me that people come on these boards and complain about services and companies and somehow hope that their problems can be solved HERE.
Company reps come on the boards (they don`t have to) to try to help but end up being treated disrespectfully (by some).
We`ve got a landlord here (glad he/she`s not mine)who has a problem with their tenants energy suppler, surely the answer lies in contacting the supplying company and sorting it out with them or telling the tenants to change to whoever supplier they want to.
Oh,the joys of being an amateur landlord.0 -
I'm really here to try and answer questions people have about Ebico, and of course if you raise an issue I will look into this for you. However, if people have complaint or customer service issues, I'd appreciate it if customers could come directly to Ebico by either calling us on 0800 458 7689 or emailing us at info@ebico.co.uk so the problems can be dealt with properly and efficiently.
Thanks,

The point was if I wanted to change now I can't as the account is in dispute.
My other point regarding Ebico is clear, the customer service is handled by SSE, which is okay, but when a problem occurs it seems difficult to sort out, infact I rang the number in the above post (which is wrong, but I know which number you mean) The lady who answer although very helpful said I had to call SSE to sort this out, only after some pushing did she offer for someone at Ebico to call back.
And to give them credit they rang back in a couple of hours, which does show they actually do what they say they will.
The other point about company reps who don't have to come on here but they do, well I would think those that do are doing it (more than likely) in employers time, with the employers permission as they actually want to do the right thing. But these reps are being paid for it in reality. I think most people (including me) come on here both when they have a problem and to assist others, yes I would call the company concerned but sometimes you get absolutly nowhere which is what happened to me, amazingly now I am actually moving forward albeit slowly. These are my thoughts and no one else's, so like any public forum advice - check it out before entering into contracts or spending your hard earned cash!
I don't know everything, however I do try to point people in the right direction but at the end of the day you can only ever help yourself!0 -
Thanks Hippey, we are doing all we can to resolve your problem, I had a chat with a colleague yesterday who is dealing with this issue and I can assure you that we're doing everything we can to get this sorted.“Official Verified Account

Why don't you e-mail Ebico? As the above post said Lauren is here to answer questions about Ebico, not people's individual enquiries. I'm sure if you e-mail Ebico, then they will tell you what's happening with your query.0 -
Because i have rung and emailed them but got no luck out of them, Lauren offered to look into it for me so i have asked her if she has, so what is wrong with that?
I dont need telling what to do, i was just asking if she had looked into it as she offered,0 -
If your query still hasn't been answered, please send me a PM with your name, address, email address and your issue and I'll look into this for you.
Thanks,
