I have just read the thread and keep my fingers crossed all goes well at the br court date. I wish all best with your exam finals too. I think the meal after the br court date is a good idea.

Not sure. He's sorting it out tomorrow. So by the time it flags up on their system that he's missed a payment, he should be BR anyway.

Hugs are much appreciated and needed at the mo - have had the day from hell.

Hiya YM,

He kept getting hit by pangs of panic and worry yesterday. Said he couldn't believe it was almost here. Then he calmed right down and started looking forward to the "debt-free" part. Then it was my turn to be hit by pangs of panic and worry! And we were doing that all day yesterday.

We're getting up early tomorrow and going to have breakfast at our favourite cafe after taking the money out. I'm getting butterflies just thinking about it now! I had a pants dream last night though where the landlady got stroppy with us and tried to kick us out - not good!!

I'm sitting here feeling sick with nerves. It keeps coming and going. I can see tonight being restless....

My head is full of "whatifs". Whatif the judge throws it out? Whatif it all goes wrong? Whatif he gets a BRO/U?

Thats what I am thinking ATM and to be honest am feeling quite upbeat. As my OH said to me today "why are you dreading it when all your problems with your debts will be gone" She said I should be looking forward to it and I guess in a way I am.

I am not being tried for something that carries a custodial sentance and No one has died close to me. All it is going to court for a couple of hours and then coming out debt free. Surely that must be good

Probably wont be the same tomorrow but that is the mantra I am following at the moment.

He will be fine and tell him I will join you both in the Inn tomorrow night. My treat :beer:

I remember feeling the same the day before dp's BR, but on the day it was so quick and straightforward.

I just thought "what's the worst that can happen, and if it happens can we deal with it?" For me the answers were the OR wanting to take our car and yes, we can deal with it!

Sending hugs, I'm sure it will be fine and whatever happens you'll cope with it because you've got this far, so you can keep going.

I hardly slept last night, and I'm sitting here with tiger moths rampaging around my tummy. We've had big cuddles this morning, but we're snappy and snarly too. I know it's all down to the stress, but I feel sick to my stomach. I've been to the loo several times this morning already.

We're off into town to get the money, and then off for breakfast. And then a wander into town before going to the court. Cripes I'm scared!

Fingers crossed all goes well for him....
