@ supa-girl,
Thanks hon. I've been reading your diary - the similarities between you and I are scary (minus the kids)! I'm glad your OH's day went well, and I hope the OR interview goes well too.
I'm getting really impatient now. I just want the whole thing done with.March 2009 BR club member #11 :jBSC # 238Proud Mrs of a skint bloke who is trying to make a mends!:smileyhea0 -
And we've hit the not sleeping phase. We're both stupidly restless at the moment, and can't get comfy and settled, which is resulting in tired and grumpy people. We've snapped and snarled at each other a bit too. I keep reminding myself that we're stressed, so it's bound to happen. The diet has gone out of the window this week too.:o
Paperwork-wise he's finished it. :j Just needs to submit it and print it up. Does he need to put it in a posh folder?
I feel really angsty and twitchy. He seems quite calm about it. Neither of us can believe it's so close now.
What would I give for a decent nights sleep......March 2009 BR club member #11 :jBSC # 238Proud Mrs of a skint bloke who is trying to make a mends!:smileyhea0 -
Hi
A folder always looks good and gives him something to hang onto in court

That's what I was thinking. Plus it'd look smarter than ratty bits of paper out of his pocket. Hope you're doing ok YM?March 2009 BR club member #11 :jBSC # 238Proud Mrs of a skint bloke who is trying to make a mends!:smileyhea0

Not too bad....Not long now eh
Did toy with the idea of putting some EGG sandwiches in there in case I get hungry. Might also get me seen quicker

HI, I am in a similar boat apart that I have had to deal with all his debts for the last two years due to his ill health.
We have finally surrendered and decided to go b/r.I wasnt sure but he is doing it first as most of the debts are his.
Good luck and keep posting so we all gain sonme strength.
Take care.0 -
I hope it's a weight off your mind once he goes br, and I hope his health picks up soon.
To be honest, my OH's BR is a year overdue. Circumstances dictated last year that he had to put it off. I could really do without it happening right now (coming up to my finals at uni), but as it is happening I want it over and done with ASAP. It's a tough job trying to get the bloke you love to pull his head out of the sand and take action on something pressing!
I hope my diary helps you, if you need to rant or whinge drop me a private message on here.
All the best

Poo!
Amidst all the excitement (I use the term very loosely) of getting everything in order for next tuesday, the OH realised this morning that he has a CCJ payment due tomorrow. OOPS!!!
Even more oops is the fact that he pays by postal order and posts it to them. So they're unlikely to get it before Monday now, and he goes BR on tuesday. If they don't get the payment in time, what is likely to happen?
It really was a genuine mistake, and we both forgot.
POO PANTS BOTTOM.........:mad:March 2009 BR club member #11 :jBSC # 238Proud Mrs of a skint bloke who is trying to make a mends!:smileyhea0 -
Hi
Aren't CCJ's included in the BR? So then they cannot do anything....? I'm not expert and this is assumption, I'm sure someone else will have a more definate answer
Just wanted to send hugs really
