And MEWing for any reason is potentially dangerous, even to "add value" to your home. Because if the value of your home decreases, you loose your money and end up in negative equity.
Nobody should borrow too much money. But sometimes it's cheaper to extend your house than move, so as long as you can afford it where's the harm?0 -

no problem with mewing for extension/loft etc but i bet many more mewed for cars/holidays/paying back credit cards than adding to the house0
