Can anyone tell me how you pay your pro-merchant subscription? They haven't taken it out of my sales, which would have covered it! :j
And they haven't taken it off my card and I don't want to be landed with a huge bill for uncollected subscriptions a few months down the line!I love this board, have "virtually" met so many lovely people, people I am honoured to count as friends.

Yes you can, I found out by accident when I restarted selling a couple of weeks ago, (bear with me is a long story!)while I wasn't selling I couldn't remember my details to login as my email address had changed etc so opened a new account just to buy.
So when I decided to sell again I started putting the books for sale off this account which had no feedback, so I tried about 600 passwords for my old account and eventually got back in, I then changed the email address from that one to my new details which it took and I started to list a few on there, however they did not show up.
I emailed them and after 48 hours got no response so unlisted them and put them back onto the account with no feedback. After 3 days they sent me an email to say they had reissued 2 new passwords one for each account but both running off the same email address, so once again I unlisted off the no feedback account which I can now use to buy from and put them back on the account with feedback, and I have seperate details for both.
I would be very wary of using two accounts I cannot find the link anywhere but two accounts set up for selling is strictly prohibited and sellers have been suspended on both before now. Much as I enjoy selling on Amazon I would put their customer serrvice knowledge about on par with paypal and would not trust them to know their own rules.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. They sent me the email to say that I had 2 seller accounts off my email address and gave me 2 new passwords. However I am not selling off 2 accounts, just my original one from a couple of years ago as that one has all the feedback. I think selling off 2 accounts would be a nightmare, plus my pro-merchant is only set up for my old account so it would not be worth my while to sell off both. I did explain in my initial email that I wanted to merge the 2 as I didn't actually want the 2 accounts anyway, but instead they gave 2 new passwords one for each. If they don't know their own rules, will keep their original email incase of problems!I love this board, have "virtually" met so many lovely people, people I am honoured to count as friends.

Is there somewhere in your payments account which shows it's been taken? Am definitely paying less per sale so it is working but I cannot see anywhere that it has been paid.I love this board, have "virtually" met so many lovely people, people I am honoured to count as friends.

It's taken once a month and shows on the actual statement where it shows your current balance. They pay out to our banks twice a month though so maybe the invoice you can see is the fortnight without fees being taken.
Hmm, that doesn't make an ounce of sense does it? Thanks for all your replies looks like I should approach Customer Support for a (hopefully) definitive answer.

^ hope you're able to sort this out and it doesn't screw up your account.
I've just been visited by the selling fairy - sold two cds on Friday and Saturday (one sold almost as soon as I'd listed it)"And suddenly I find myself listening to a man I've never known before,Telling me about the sea..."0 -
Sellers, we have a problem.
Amazon have introduced free postage on all their items with no minimum charge. Sit and think for a minute how that will kill some of our second hand sales.
At the moment if I am selling a book that Amazon has in stock I need to take into account the postage costs, so if they are selling a book at say £5.99 mine has to be below £3.24 to compete and realistically I need a differential to make them buy mine and not a new copy from Amazon. However for cheap books it didn't matter so much as a buyer might want a £4.50 book but won't want to pay the Amazon delivery charge so my copy at say £3 will still look cheaper even with postage .
However now that they can order anything at any cost without paying postage all our items need to be at least £2.75 cheaper than Amazon to even cost the same overall.. This won't affect old out of stock items which accounts for about half my stock, but it will affect anything that Amazon still have in stock, even the popular £3.74 paperbacks.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. >Amazon have introduced free postage on all their items with no minimum charge<
Is that new? I though Super Saver as an option had been around for a while? I subscribe to Amazon Prime though, so maybe I'm not seeing the same info on the home page.0
