Quick question, can you do partial refunds on amazon?
Someone's bought something and wants to return it and we have to impose all kind off fees for that kind of monkey business.0 -
Can anyone tell me if i can post second class rather than first class for dvds?
Thanks0 -
To Armitage, yep they got a partial refund option now were you can fiddle about with what you refund.
To Caseyface, you can post with whatever method you like as long as you dispatch within the timescales you shouldn't have any problems.MFW - £79,349 outstanding Nov 2010

Yay - actually got a sale - must moan more often!
At least I will be able to pay my Pro Merchant fees now, before I turn off my listings for an Easter break. I would rather let them run, but hubby is on holiday and it is easier to turn things off for a week!AMAZON SELLERS CLUB member 0033 come and join us :j make some space and get hold of some cash, we're on the ebay and other auctions, car boot and jumble sales board0 -
