I'm beginning to doubt myself about the credit agreement, but I can't see that I would have dumped it.0

I would not worry about it Walter, I'm sure the FOS will sort it out for you.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di" 0 0

            Morning,
Thought I should let you have an update.
I received my cheque for £109.45 from Lloyds TSB in the post yesterday for the late charges claim.
I'm still waiting to hear more about my PPI claim.
 Thanks

Hi I wonder if anyone can help, I have a claim with the FOS (waiting in the line at the mo) against Lloyds for credit card ppi. I sent an SAR and they didn't include the terms and conditions of the policy in their reply... I wanted to know if the terms and conditions exclude people who are working on temporary contracts?
I was temping at the time that I took out the card and the ppi was added, I have found my p60 from 2002 that states my employer as a temping agency and I'm hoping that this is the angle that I can claim on.
My orriginal claim is that despite trying to cancel this in May 2002 Lloyds did nothing and refused to cancel over the phone, they then conveniently ignored three written attempts to cancel, so I eventually gave up... untill I found this wonderful site and realised that I could claim it back. However I have no proof of calls or mail as I didn't think I needed to keep a list or use recorded delivery back then, Lloyds claim that there were no calls or written comunication!!! Grrrr
Maybe the temp contract angle is a better way to go, does anyone know if this means that I wasn't eligible at the time? It was taken out in 20020

Hi there, I am not sure then of the t&c's, as they possibly differered throughout the years, but try not to worry, you have your reasons and Lloyds tsb are one of the main ones the FOS are dealing with and know what their like, so I think you will be fine myself.
They will sort this out for you, good luck with this.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di" 0 0

Thanks for the reply Di, I will send the p60 I found to the FOS and a copy to Lloyds and see where it goes from there, I guess it can do no harm. Bit cheeky that they don't send out the t&c's with the SAR info though :mad:0

 Good for you.;)
Wonder what the Information Commissioners Office (ICO) would suggest, if you call them, they may be able to help, tell them you paid for the SAR and did not receive the t&c's that you expected to be enclosed within the SAR, details of ICO here:

I'll have a look and give them a ring, thanks again. Should I get a result through the FOS on this I'll let you know on the successful claims thread 0 0
