Well I can at last report back with an update - no e-mails replied to or anything received in the post today, so I phoned them and found out that my calculation was only done on 18th January and the amount I'll get back is £493.22.

Not sure when I'll get it, but getting there.

Well got my documentation through on Friday and just checked my online banking and the money is in.

I'd just like to thank everyone who has advised me and I hope that this thread can help others too.
