If you have returned a lot of items within 7 days and therefore not paid delivery then it is costing them money to post these items to you only for you to return them again. Did you sometimes order two similar items knowing you were going to send at leat 1 of them back? maybe this is why they have done it.

No, have never done that. I do not LIKE sending items back - who likes going to the post office?

The only man who sticks closer to you in adversity than a friend is a creditor.

Just googled and found somebody who lost their account and then after a 3 month battle the account was reinstated. More details here:

Please re-check with Amazon. In the US as here, the company is shutting down customer accounts on this specific basis:
A careful review of your account indicates that you have required refunds on a large majority of your orders for a variety of reasons.

In other words: in every 10 orders placed, the customer has required a refund on at least 6; on 100 orders, at least 60 refunds.

(That math would apply only if refunds occurred on "a majority of your orders"; the ratio would be even higher for a "large majority".)

You need to go back and dispute Amazon's own math because your recollection of your account activity is at variance with Amazon's.

I agree - It has definitely not been a majority, let alone "large majority". I'd love to talk to someone at Amazon, but they have not returned my emails or my calls yet...

See if someone at your local paper is interested in the story, they're often gagging for news.
