Hm pizza is in the remoska and it smells gorgeous, i made the bases a couple of days ago and froze them, i actually remembered to defrost them in the fridge last night so all i have had to do tonight is throw some topping on and voila - instant foodthis would normally be a time of weakness when we cave in and order a takeaway but i`m pleased to say We didn`t YAY!
ISOM - nice to see you over here, i need to catch up on your adventures with weezl.

Evening gang, you are all so kind:T :T . I am glad you enjoyed it. The recording day went so quickly it was fantastic and I had a ball. To be honest if Mark hadn't entered me I would never have even thought of it but when he did...... Well life is far too short to think what if.
Given what happened in June(the show was recorded in May) when we lost a member of our family in a horrific accident I think I was right. I have been very depressed recently and have got in the habit of not going out unless I absolutely have to and of withdrawing from life (both real and on here) but things are improving and I am going to change. Life really is too short.
All of "you lot" help me in every way and I am a better person for "knowing" you. Thank you.
Mark is very pleased he entered me and said to tell you he was proud of me:o. Anyway, couldn't have done it without you, yes you.
Have a fantastic evening and again, Thank you.
Ann xxxBlind as you run...aware you were staring at the sun.
And when no hope was left inside on that starry starry night.

We are all so proud of you! :grouphug: I Sky+'d it and will transfer it to DVD tomorrow for you, anyone else who wants a copy PM me your address and I'll send you a copy.
Ann, I have to tell you, a friend popped over unexpectedly and we watched it together, me with the biggest grin on my face proud to say "that's my friend, that is!"
You done yourself proud, girl, and you looked gorgeousYou've done us all proud. It must be poignant to watch yourself back on screen, knowing now what you couldn't possibly have done then. But whoever your family member was, I know they were proud of you too xxx

Hi all,
Bit of a lurker here- and i'm a boy- but have decided to take the plunge!
I have picked up lots of OS tips- I've always liked cooking so that's not an issue - but I guess what's prompted me to post for the first time is the smell wafting through the house: rock cakes!
I called my mum yesterday and asked for her recipe- her first words were that the recipe is in her special book and we're not supposed to have access to that until after she's left this world! I told her not to be so daft and I am happy to report that today's results take me back about 25 years!
Well, that's all for now...I hope to become a regular poster if you'll have me!
Jimmi.
Sorry Jimmi, I forgot to welcome you in all the excitement!
Hello! :hello:
I am building a book like that myself - and what's worse I have no intention to even have kids to inherit it yet, let alone to spring my mortal coill! But then again, I'll happily share my recipes with anyone who hangs around long enough to listen
Anyway, welcome, pull up a comfy seat and make yourself at home xxx0
