  • Hi Jimmitt66 - sorry I didn't welcome you earlier! We've had A BIT OF A MOMENT HERE- our lovely Anniestar was a star. I, too, am a newbie. I have lurked for ages and haven't yet gotten into the swing of reading morning, noon and night, but I know these guys are the best....

Had a lovely OS day today. DD1 had two friends on a sleepover last night. I insisted that they make their own pizzas, courtesy of the bm of course. They went down a treat. Today, they went swimming and then asked to go Mr McD's    I said 'no' because I knew we were visiting my mum and that she would treat them something rotten. True to form, there were salmon sandwiches, shortbread, sausage rolls and cake all produced out of thin air. 'Much better than McD's' was the verdict. Yay....

Chicken, chipolatas, wedges and salad for supper.

    Have a lovely evening all,
    x

Anniestar - how proud am I that I 'know' you! That was a brilliant performance - I'd never have got all those questions right. You looked great and sounded great. Well done!

Morwenna - I don't know what to say either; there are no words, except to say that I am thinking of you and your children at this sad time. (((Hugs))) to you all.

Oh what awful news - your poor children too. I hope you are able to say the right things for them - whatever those right things are, I have to say I wouldn't have a clue...... I would send you some hugs but suspect lots of others will do that anyway so I'll send you some strength to get through this instead. Stay in touch.
